In recent developments, ownership has applied for a New Hampshire Charitable Gaming license as part of plans to develop the first destination casino resort hotel in New Hampshire on the Vineyard Course property. If approved, the project would introduce a premier gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destination integrated with the existing golf and vineyard amenities.
Pemi Burger Bar is the on-site dining destination at Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course, offering a casual, welcoming atmosphere for golfers, guests, and visitors. The restaurant features a menu centered around handcrafted burgers made with locally sourced meats, fresh ingredients, and house-made sauces, along with sandwiches, shareable appetizers, and rotating seasonal specials.

Owl's Nest Vineyard
In 2023, more than 6,400 grape vines were planted across over seven acres of the property, creating one of the largest vineyards in New Hampshire by vine count.
The vineyard is located on land that was formerly used as a grass landing strip and has since been fully integrated into the overall property.
The vineyard is planned to produce white, red, and sparkling wines, including varietals that are uncommon in the region.
The first vintage is scheduled for production in 2026. Future plans include a dedicated tasting room and restaurant adjacent to the vineyard, expanding the property’s food and beverage and hospitality offerings.
Renovations
Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course has completed a comprehensive renovation program with an investment exceeding seven million dollars, transforming both the golf course and supporting facilities.
All 18 greens and tees were completely rebuilt, and 48 new bunkers were installed throughout the course to improve playability and visual character. A new three-acre irrigation pond was constructed, along with a modern irrigation system serving the entire 160-acre course, significantly improving turf quality and water management.
Additional improvements include rebuilt course infrastructure from tee to green, updated cart paths and drainage, and extensive landscape and tree management. The renovation also included the construction of a new clubhouse and restaurant, a new cart barn, a redesigned golf shop, and upgraded guest amenities throughout the property.
With all renovations complete, Owl’s Nest Vineyard Course now operates as a fully updated golf facility and is positioned as a premier destination within the New Hampshire and northern New England golf market.

In 2023, over 6,400 grape vines of 5 different varieties were planted on over 7 acres at the course.
On-site are 4 newly renovated stay-and-play condos adjacent to the first tee. These townhouse condos can sleep up to six adults and feature a brand-new full kitchen, bathrooms, AC, and more. Just off I-93, and under 2 hours from Boston, the club provides easy access to other outdoor recreational activities in the White Mountains and New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
Renovations
Owl's Nest Vineyard Course is in the midst of a comprehensive overhaul led by Robert McNeil, of Northeast Golf Company. The redesigned layout is set to elevate the Vineyard course's status as one of the premier golf destinations in New Hampshire. Alongside the course renovation, the clubhouse is undergoing a complete makeover inside and out.
The restaurant is getting a major upgrade with the addition of the Pemi Burger Bar, where customers can enjoy delicious burgers and refreshing beer. In addition, the establishment is adding a new private function room, deck, dining room, and modernized kitchen to cater to diverse customer needs. The golf shop is also undergoing a complete facelift, including new floors, windows, desk, ceiling, and other upgrades.
